Insurance Claims Management Services
Full Service Claims Management
CPS established itself in Insurance Claims Management across Scotland while founder Craig Cameron was working on commercial and domestic claims in the hospitality, energy (Oil & Gas) and renewables sectors. As a Public Loss Adjuster and Loss Assessor, and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters, Craig provides comprehensive commercial and domestic Insurance Claims Management.
As a Claims Management company CPS represent you, the policyholder, in the event of a claim. To do this we advise you on the claim and the best course of action, and investigate or commission an investigation into the circumstances, merits or foundation of the claim, using the results to pursue settlement of your claim.
A Loss Assessor is employed by you to assess damage and manage your claim with the insurer on your behalf. Usually employed by the insurer, a Loss Adjuster assesses the damage and report back to the insurer to ensure that you receive your entitlement under the insurance policy (and no more). The loss adjuster is required to share all evaluations so that you understand decisions taken by the insurance company with regard to your claim. Registered Chartered Loss Adjusters can act independently of an insurer as a Claims Management company

Speeding up insurance claims management
At CPS we use the latest technology to deliver accurate valuations that save you time, cut costs and close claims much faster. Our Pro2 HDR 4K camera creates an impressive virtual replica of any space up to 40,000 square feet, generating SKK files in both floor plan and 3D views of models of any insurance claim on buildings or properties.
We no longer need to manually measure and sketch properties to determine the value of the property loss and estimate repair and rebuilding costs. Our turnkey add-on service delivers an accurate estimate within 48hrs of creating a 3D map of your property or business, saving time and costs for all parties.
A first of its kind service, it brings smart technology to insurance claims management in a way that significantly benefits the claimant. We are also fully licensed aerial operatives, which means we can use drone technology to create an accurate 3D map of any outdoor facility, giving a bird’s-eye view of the site or asset in an immersive 3D platform, again making it easier to successfully present the claim.
Utilising the best technology on the market makes our professional services more efficient and less time-consuming, giving our claimants a real advantage in the claims management process.
